Ashford & Cranbrook have completed a roof renewal on my Grade II listed property in Sandwich, a mix of clay pantile and plain tiles, and the installation of clement rooflights. Did a great job with skilled craftsmen – have no hesitation recommending them for your heritage property.

Replaced the cedar shingles roof on our summerhouse. Looks superb, great workmanship.

Recently had my bathroom roof replaced by Wayne and the team. Can I say how nice it is to have a company turn up to quote when they say as well as doing a fantastic job. Great to see local companies who care making a great name for their selves well done team

Wayne and the team did a thoroughly professional job on the church tower roof in Iwade. I was impressed by a prompt response to my first enquiry, a visit to the site to inspect the work and speedy quote for the work. Wayne responded to queries from the architect and ourselves and then delivered a superb job. Already working on a second project with the team.

I’ve just had the roof on my Grade II listed house replaced by this company and they have been fantastic. Wayne was brilliant at keeping in touch and making sure everything ran smoothly. John, Ollie and Georgie did a beautiful job on the roof (mainly peg and tile) and they were a pleasure to have around – leaving the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them without hesitation!

I did a lot of research before I undertook this project and had three quotes. Wayne was knowledgable and reliable from the outset and his pricing was sound. We needed some terrible roof lining expandable foam stripped out, rafters replaced and 6000 new tiles as every one broke as it was taken off the hard foam. It was a messy and a horrible job but the Cranbrook and Ashford roofing team were brilliant and the end result is really excellent . I recommend them highly.

From the outset Wayne, John and the team were thoroughly professional and did a cracking job on my parents roof. Not a small job by any means, 4 velux windows and complete replacement of all the roof, including reusing many old tiles on the rear of the property, first time since the house was built in the late 1800’s. Rebuilding the chimney was extra but all dealt with quickly. Even helped with a large “U” shaped steal which I needed to get inside the rear part of the roof. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

The team on site were incredibly professional and did a great job on our grade II listed home. The went an extra mile and did some tiles on the garage too. We did notice a couple of tiles on the house had got missed – however one quick phone call and they came back on site a few days later without any struggle required at all – with additional tiles and apology for them being missed. Would definitely recommend, and if we have any future roof requirements, they will be getting the first call.
